Delivery, size exchange and privacy
Delivery
Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. Delivery charge is ৳60 inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. Delivery time depends on the courier and destination.
Size exchange
Contact support promptly if the size is not right. The item must be unworn, unwashed and returned with its original packaging. Courier charges may apply. Printed or damaged items are exchanged when the reported issue is confirmed.
Privacy
We use your name, phone and address to process orders and provide support. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. We do not sell customer information. Order data is retained for customer service and business records.
